Processing

Order Processing & Handling

All orders placed on stdupontvancouver.com are reviewed and prepared by our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Orders received before 1:00 PM PT on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders received after that, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

Each piece is inspected and packaged in S.T. Dupont presentation packaging before it leaves our store.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada and to all 50 states and the District of Columbia in the United States. Cigars and other restricted tobacco products are excluded from cross-border shipment in accordance with applicable law.

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Final shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and declared value of your order.

Free Shipping

Complimentary Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on Canadian orders over CAD $250 and U.S. orders over USD $250, before tax. Express services remain available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. If you do not receive your tracking notification within two business days of placing the order, please contact us so we can confirm the status of your shipment.

Customs & Duties

U.S. Orders, Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped from Vancouver to the United States may be subject to import duties, sales tax, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs at the time of import and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the full retail value on every commercial invoice as required by law.

Risk & Insurance

Loss, Damage & Insurance

All shipments include carrier-provided declared-value coverage up to the full retail value of your order. If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address & Errors

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Address changes can only be honoured before a shipment label has been generated.
