7. Shipping & Delivery

S.T. Dupont Vancouver ships domestically and internationally using FedEx as our primary carrier. By placing an order, you agree to FedEx’s terms of service as they apply to the carriage of your shipment.

• Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Estimated delivery times: Provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Tracking: A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
• In-store pickup: Available at our store at 346 Water Street, Vancouver, BC. Select this option at checkout.
• Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to FedEx. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stdupontvancouver.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
• Non-returnable items: Personalized or engraved items, opened consumables, and gift cards cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stdupontvancouver.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you promptly to resolve the matter at no additional cost.

10. Warranty

S.T. Dupont products come with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty coverage varies by product and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. For warranty service, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer where possible.
