Exchange & Returns Policy

Overview

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original documentation, certificates, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Used accessories
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery
  • Limited edition or special-order items (unless defective)

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds.

Eligible returns may be exchanged for:

  • The same item (if available), or
  • Store credit equal to the value of the approved return

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stdupontvancouver.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit if the item is confirmed to be defective.


Partial Store Credit

In certain cases, only partial store credit may be granted, including:

  • Items with opened manufacturer packaging
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as store credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the exchange or store credit will be processed to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
